This pretty Victorian brooch features a beautiful heart shape Cabochon Moonstone to the centre with a surround of Pearls to the outside. Further Pearls are set to each side in a foliate design. 

Victorians believed that Moonstones offered good fortune to the wearer and the heart shape symbolised love. 

Made in 15ct Gold, not stamped by tested. The brooch has a pin fitting to the back.

The brooch measures 4.3cm in length and the Moonstone measures 8mm x 9mm.
